At RaviOllie, we’re powered by pasta (& probably too much coffee). ☕🥟
Ollie kicked things off in his parents’s kitchen — special shoutout to his Mum for putting up with flour in every corner — & now we’ve levelled up to a squad of 11 ravioli-rolling legends. Our sales & marketing team? They’re basically ravioli missionaries, out there converting the world one delicious parcel at a time. 🙌
If you’re eating ravioli & it’s unreasonably tasty… chances are, it’s ours. 😉

We’re feeling pretty chuffed to have such an insanely talented (& ever-growing) bunch at Team RaviOllie. Here are the legends who’ve been rolling with us for a year or more so far 🍝✨

Ollie - The Gaffer

A classically trained chef who honed his craft at the Michelin-starred⭐Medlar. That’s where the lightbulb moment struck & RaviOllie was born. Off-duty, Ollie enjoys a good game of footy(or hockey …), foraging for seaweed , &, occasionally, collecting speeding tickets.🚗💨⚽🏑

Favourite Rav = Free Range Pork & Fennel Ragu

Max - The Brand Guy

With 10+ years of selling the good stuff into hospitality, he’s now flying the flag for RaviOllie & making sure the world knows about our pasta parcels of joy. When he’s not talking all things brand, you’ll find him cheering on the Bristol Bears or obsessing (like, unhealthily) over anything involving truffle. Seriously — if truffle’s on the menu, he’s ordering it. Every. Single. Time. 📣🐻🍄

Favourite Rav = Braised Leeks, Mascarpone & Truffle (naturally)

John - The Numbers Guy

Once an accountant, now a pasta-powered foodie — he ditched the rat race for something tastier. He’s put in plenty of chef hours & can still smash out a BBQ that’ll have you queuing for seconds. Rumour has it he could’ve gone pro… though we’re yet to see the evidence (but we’ll take his word for it). 🏉🥩😉

Ellis - The Kitchen Head Honcho

After running one of Bristol’s best burger pop-ups for 8+ years, this guy knows exactly how to keep a kitchen ticking like clockwork. He swapped late-night chef hours for the RaviOllie 9–5 (& a bit more family time), & we couldn’t be happier to have him leading the charge. When he’s not bossing the pasta game, you’ll find him cheering on Liverpool FC, watching some wonderfully weird horror film, or tucking into a well-deserved cheeky takeaway.⚽🍔🎬

Paulina - The Pocket Powerhouse

She might not be the tallest in the kitchen, but Paulina can lift, chop, & stir faster than the rest of us put together. She sets the pace, keeps us all on our toes, & somehow still finds time to wow us with her baking skills. Basically, Paulina fuels the pasta & the sweet tooth — & we’re very, very grateful. 🍰🥟🏃

Justina - The Grafter

If there’s a record to be broken, Justina’s already halfway there. First to crack on, first to get the job done — she’s the engine that keeps things moving. When she’s not smashing it in the kitchen, you’ll probably find her out foraging like a pro. Case in point: her homemade blackberry wine, which we’re very excited (& slightly nervous) to sample at the next team social. 🍷😉

Alex - The Beat Keeper

He keeps the kitchen moving with his eclectic repertoire of bangers  collected from his previous life as an award-winning producer/DJ. These days, he’s swapped decks for dough — keeping our freezers in check & making sure every piece of ravioli is exactly where it needs to be, right when it needs to be there. 🎧❄️🎶
