The classic, however not how you know it. We have essentially taken the recipe and turned up the dials. More nutmeg, more lemon zest and ultimately more flavour! Encased within our free-range egg fresh pasta recipe and cooked ready to serve straight from frozen in just 3.5 minutes.

400g packs = 2 good sized servings, 14 pieces recommended per serving

Ingredients

Filling 50% : Full fat soft cheese (milk), Ricotta (milk) (35%), Spinach (35%), Lemon, garlic, Butter (milk), Nutmeg

Pasta 50%: Type 00 flour (wheat), Free-range egg, Olive oil, Salt, Turmeric

Serve simply with: Olive oil / Sage butter / pine nuts / dressed rocket salad / pesto / parmesan / crispy pancetta

Chef it up, serve with: Wild garlic pesto / crushed walnuts / Wilted spinach / Sun-dried tomatoes / Lemon butter sauce
