Beautiful wild mushrooms are braised with thyme, garlic and butter. Crumbled Herefordshire stilton is then added to the mix for a truly moorish, creamy filling.

400g packs, 2 good sized servings, 14 pieces recommended per serving

Ingredients

Filling 50% : Closed cup mushrooms (40%) Full fat soft cheese (Milk), full fat soft cheese mascarpone (Milk), Stilton blue cheese (milk)(8%) Wild mushrooms (Oyster, Shittake, Porcini) (7%), Butter (milk), Salt, Garlic, Thyme,

Pasta 50%: Type 00 flour (wheat), Free-range egg, Olive oil, Salt, Turmeric

Serve simply with: sautéed mushrooms / crispy pancetta / white wine cream sauce / rosemary olive oil / parmesan and black pepper / dressed rocket leaves

Chef it up, serve with: truffle oil / truffle shavings / trompette mushrooms / thyme and meat sauce vinaigrette / crispy onions / thyme jus / mushroom consommé

Cook straight from frozen, do not defrost.
Bring a pan of water to the boil add 1 tsp salt to the water. Drop ravioli into the water and replace the lid on the pan. Cook ravioli for 4 minutes on a gentle rolling boil stirring occasionally to prevent any ravioli sticking to the pan.
