Pasta 50%: Type 00 flour (wheat), Free-range egg, Olive oil, Salt, Turmeric

Serve simply with: sage butter / sage olive oil / crispy pancetta / Alfredo sauce / cream based sauce

Cook straight from frozen, do not defrost.
Bring a pan of water to the boil add 1 tsp salt to the water. Drop ravioli into the water and replace the lid on the pan. Cook ravioli for 4 minutes on a gentle rolling boil stirring occasionally to prevent any ravioli sticking to the pan.
