Filling 50% : Closed cup mushrooms (30%), Onion, Full fat soft cheese (Milk), full fat soft cheese mascarpone (Milk), Wild mushrooms (Oyster, Shittake, Porcini) (7%), Truffle oil (2.5%), Salt, Balsamic vinegar (sulphites), Garlic, Thyme,

Pasta 50%: Type 00 flour (wheat), Free-range egg, Olive oil, Salt, Turmeric


Serve simply with: chilli olive oil / garlic butter / caper butter sauce / pan fried prawns / rocket salad

Chef it up, serve with: dill olive oil / dill caper butter sauce / crispy squid / chilli / lemon beurre blanc / gremolata / pesto / baked kale / garlic wilted spinach

Cook straight from frozen, do not defrost.
Bring a pan of water to the boil add 1 tsp salt to the water. Drop ravioli into the water and replace the lid on the pan. Cook ravioli for 4 minutes on a gentle rolling boil stirring occasionally to prevent any ravioli sticking to the pan.
